Mental health affects us all in different ways and it’s important we share our experiences. In doing so we can educate each other, raise awareness and reduce the stigma attached to mental illness.
Our aim is to join the conversation, creating a safe space for people to feel comfortable to talk openly.
To further our engagement with the community, we will be sharing stories to bring visibility to illnesses that are widely regarded as invisible.
