RESET presents A Safe Space: Men’s Support Group taking place every Saturday.
Hosted by …. (Counsellor and Psychotherapist), these free sessions will use the expressive and creative processes to explore personal challenges and mental health.
This Men’s only support group invites participants to express themselves in a safe confidential environment. The session will be delivered via Zoom. All information is private and confidential.
To keep the session intimate, spaces are limited and are on a first-come, first-serve basis. Once registered the same attendees will be expected to participate in the group sessions over the next 4 weeks. Sign up now!
